What are the festival hours?
The Box Office & venue gates are open from 1:30pm to 11:00pm each day.
Music begins on the side stages at 2:30pm each day.
Music begins on main stage at 3:30pm each day.
Music runs on BassCamp until 6:00am with the exception of when all side stages are closed for headliner slots on mainstage from 11:00pm to 1:45am.
How do I access the festival?
In order for the purchaser and/or holder (hereinafter referred to as you “You” or “Your”) of a valid wristband or ticket (“Ticket”) to enter the event (the “Event”), You must possess a valid Ticket that permits access to the Event and check in at marked locations during specified time periods.
When you purchase a ticket &/or participate in the Event, you agree to the Company policies including but not limited to the Zero Tolerance Policy, Indemnification Policy, Ticket & Refund Policy, Entry Policy, Conduct Policy, Prescription Policy, Service Dog Policy, Sound System Policy, Totem Policy, Hydropack Policy, Quiet Hours Policy.
Ticket holders must be at least 18 years of age with an acceptable form of photo identification.
The following original forms of identification are ACCEPTABLE: Government-Issued Passport; Driver’s License (U.S. or Canada); Military Identification Card with Photo; or Government-Issued Identification Card with Photo. NOTE: Any other possible form of identification is considered not acceptable.
NOTE: There will be a $20 parking fee & a $15 cooler fee on site, paid upon entry, electronic payment options only.
What should I not bring to the festival?
Prohibited Items:
NO Weapons - guns of any kind including concealed permits, knives or sharp objects, laser pens, brass knuckles, wallet chains, or anything that may be construed or easily used as a weapon as determined by NOVA guardians.
Tent stakes & scissors are exempt.
NO open flame of any kind nor charcoal or propane grills - Fireworks/explosives, flying prayer lanterns or Chinese lanterns, candles, pop-its, smoke bombs, stink bombs, or other flammables including aerosol cans including
dry shampoo, hairspray, deodorant or perfume. Cigarette lighters are exempt.
NO Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia.
NO gas masks or tactical gear.
NO unlabelled, unsealed supplements.
PRESCRIPTION POLICY - Name on prescriptions must match carrier’s identification card & medication must match description on container.
NO generators - RV’s with generators are permitted, Solar generators are exempt.
NO bicycles, scooters, go-carts, ATVs, skateboards, skates, pushcarts, Wheelchairs, small, collapsible wagons & standard size coolers on wheels are exempt.
NO pets. No animals of any kind. No emotional support dogs, therapy dogs or companion dogs.
SERVICE DOG POLICY - Service dogs admitted ONLY with proper documentation & apparel, including labeled vest or harness & ear protection.
NO Large sound systems - Small handheld Bluetooth speakers and USB powered / personal speakers will be allowed.
SOUND SYSTEM POLICY - No speakers larger than 11x5x5, or externally amplified sound. NOVA reserves the right to confiscate sound systems of those that do not follow guidelines or refuse to be respectful of their neighbors.
NO glass of any kind - mirrors no larger than 12x12 are exempt.
NO kegs.
NO professional photography equipment, tripods or remote controlled mobile electronics including balloons & drones or other unmanned aerial equipment or vehicles including kites. GoPro-style mini cameras & flexible mini
tripods 12” or under are exempt.
NO hard sided inflatables or large umbrellas or totems that do not meet the totem policy.
TOTEM POLICY - Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g Foam, PVC / no solid metal). Collapsible/telescoping camera extenders that follow the guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow
aluminum/polycarbonate) PVC, light wood or aluminum must be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter.
Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security.
Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry
Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed.
Totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted. Please keep it PLUR!
NO multi-pocket backpacks larger than 24”x12”, Hydration packs are exempt.
HYDRO PACK POLICY - Hydration packs must enter the grounds empty, to be filled on site.
NO paint markers, permanent markers or spray paint.
NO unauthorized merchandise, vending without permit, soliciting, advertising, handbills, posters, product sampling, giveaways, etc.
What emergency services will be available on site?
There will be 24-hour medical assistance available throughout the campgrounds and festival site. You can stop any officer or staff member you see, for assistance. For a locksmith or to resolve issues with your car, visit the
box office.
Where should I go if I lost something important like my keys, wallet or friends?
Go to the main entrance of the festival for Lost & Found at our Information Booth. If you lost a friend who was intoxicated & they are not at your designated meeting area or Information Booth, you should also check the Space Station Lounge.
Is there cell phone service at the grounds?
Yes. However service will be spotty, so we highly suggest you download your tickets to your phone as well as the set time lists and any other important information. It is also suggested that you have a designated meeting
spot in case you lose your friends. An easy to remember location may be the Lost & Found in Vendor Row.
Can we bring water into the venue from the outside?
Yes. You may also bring water bottles and/or refill at our free water stations.
Are we allowed to leave the festival & come back?
Yes, please have your wristband on for re-entry. Please note that you will be subject to search each time you enter the festival grounds. No loitering in the parking lots (enforced).
Are chairs allowed in the venue?
Only folding/collapsible chairs & stools or inflatable couches will be allowed in the venue.
Will there be ATMs?
No.
Will there be lockers on site?
No.
When do I need to leave the campgrounds?
-Sunday November 24th before noon.
What are the general rules for buying a camping spot?
A camping pass is required to enter the camping grounds.
Camping passes are per person and required to enter the camping area. If you do not have a camping wristband - you can not enter.
Camping wristbands can be picked up upon arrival at the camping box office.
Are we going to be able to camp next to our cars?
Due to the property arrangement & for both safety & sound control, there is no car camping at NOVA.
Is there RV camping?
There is space for RVs & tickets can be upgraded to RV camping closer to the festival date. NOTE: There are no RV hookups, but generators are allowed for RVs.
How do we get to our campsite?
You must have a standard camping pass to enter the campgrounds.
Camping wristbands can be picked up upon arrival at the Box Office.
Upon arrival, you will be directed to the main camping parking area. Camping for attendees is located within the forested area of the ranch & is not permitted in the cleared central or staging areas in the venue, which is allowable only for vendors.
You will walk your belongings to the camping area which is near the camping parking lot. Suggestion: Bring a collapsible wagon for conveniently transporting goods across the ranch!
Will the entrance to the campgrounds be open 24 hours?
Yes, from inside the grounds. From outside the festival grounds, no re-entry after 11:00PM as the Box Office & front gate closes at 11:00 PM.
How big is my camping area?
The recommended area is 10ft x 15ft total per tent – our camping is free form so you can pick out your own spot as long as:
-it's in the designated camping areas
-set up next to the nearest camp to conserve space for all
-you are respectful of your neighbors
-you are responsive to event staff if you are requested to reign in your perimeter.
Can we leave & re-enter the campgrounds area?
Yes, as many times as you want.
Can we bring in alcohol?
Campers are permitted to bring in a personal supply of alcohol into the camping area of the festival.
No glass containers of any kind are allowed into the campgrounds or concert areas.
No kegs are allowed into the festival or camping grounds.
The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
21+ to possess or consume alcohol, wristband required, so show your ID at entrance.
Drink Responsibly.
What will you be providing at the campgrounds?
There will be 24-hour security across the venue. Port-o-potties and hydro filling water stations will be available.
Will small/personal campfires or fire bowls/bins be allowed in the camping areas?
There will be no campfires, grills or open flames of any kind allowed per park regulations and for the safety of our guests. Suggestion: Bring layers, blankets & pocket warmers to keep warm when you’re not at BassCamp’s
Cosmic Campfire.
Will there be any electricity in the camping area?
No. Suggestion: Bring pre-charged battery packs & solar powered generators.
Are gas powered generators allowed?
No generators allowed for general campers. Generators permitted for RV Campers with a valid RV Pass only.
Will there be quiet hours?
QUIET HOURS POLICY - Quiet hours are 2:00am-11:00am daily & are site wide with the only exception being the Basscamp Cosmic Campfire area while DJs are actively playing.
What should I bring to a camping fest?
NOTE: To those not camping, bring $20 cash for day parking.
Your electronic ticket on your phone. Make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone and ready to scan before you reach the box office window to speed up the process for all guests. If your ticket does not scan you will
not be granted access.
Credit Card/ATM Card/Cash- most vendors accept cash only, parking is electronic payment only (see parking info below), cooler fee is electronic payment only.

Tent - Set up your tent before you head to the festival to clean it, test it, and ensure everything is there including Tent Poles/Rain Fly/Tent Stakes/Rubber Mallet.

Tarps - Suggestion: Don’t put a tarp underneath your tent as it will just collect water underneath you. Instead, lay a tarp down inside of your tent to help keep the inside clean & dry.
Wagon - This is a game-changer since you can’t park next to your tent.

Earplugs - These are super important for shows and are also helpful for sleep.

Cooler(s) - Bring one for food and one for drinks. If you use one for both, bring something like a grill grate to separate the ice from your food to prevent it from getting soggy or layer your cooler with dry ice on the bottom,
separating the dry ice from cooler contents with some cardboard! NOTE: There will be a $15 cooler fee.
